streaming audio to tunes?

Anyone know how to get audio from an online source that's playing through my laptop to my itunes? Specifically I listen to stuff on Wolfgang's vault, concerts and such, and would like to put these songs to my ipod. Besides using the built-in mic and losing quality, how's this done?

Thanx. The 2nd one is Windows only. Nothing for Safari. Might look into the top one's offerings. I know my wife has done something like this and does the 1-on-1 thing at the Apple store here so I'll ask her when she returns from Hartford.
Ok, Google "streaming audio recorder mac" and you should find something that's compatable.
